I figure, if it&#8217;s too solid, you can always add more milk but you can&#8217;t take it out if it&#8217;s too soggy.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/veggieplatter.blogspot.com\/2010\/03\/eggless-whole-wheat-pancakes-sweet.html?m=1\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/veggieplatter.blogspot.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1 cup whole wheat flour<br \/>\n1 cup milk (at room temperature \/ luke warm) or water<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp baking powder<\/p>\n<p>Add a mix of about 2 cups of <span class=\"il\">veggies<\/span> (I used\u00a0mostly fresh corn, a yellow squash, and some green onions)<br \/>\nAbout a half cup of chopped up mozzerella<br \/>\nAbout a half cup of ricotta.<\/p>\n<p>Then I griddled them 3-5 minutes on each side like regular pancakes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m still planning on actually writing down what I did but if\u00a0you&#8217;re also an approximate cooker, here&#8217;s the basics.
