Sauce: Stir Fry Beef* and Broccoli* (or any other bits you have lying around to stir fry)

Just the sauce part. Whisk together:

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch (or potato, or tapioca starch)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic

Saute a head of broccoli or whatever other veggies you have lying around in sesame (or veg) oil (olive oil isn’t recommended because the flavor is wrong). Add bits of pre-cooked meats or tofu. Pour this mixture on top and cook until it thickens into a sauce.
