Frosting: Cream Cheese

Makes 20 servings, 2 Tbsp. each

Ingrendients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) powdered sugar (about 4 cups)

Procedure

  1. Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  2. Add sugar gradually, beating after each addition until blended.
