Impossible Pumpkin Pie

Shared by one of the ladies in my on-line maternity group:

2 Eggs
1 – 16oz Plain Packed Pumpkin
3/4c Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Ginger
1/4 tsp. Cloves
1 – 13oz Can of Evaporated Milk
2 tbsp. Butter
1/2 c. Bisquick

Preheat your oven to 350.
Everything goes into the mixing bowl. Beat until everything is combined. Pour into a greased 9″ pie plate. (The deeper the better) Bake for 50-55 minutes!

I would add, let it cool before cutting and eating it, otherwise there is no structure and you get a big plate of yummy mush.
