Full Recipe:
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup walnut halves (or chocolate chips)
1. Melt the butter or margarine and mix all ingredients in the order given.
2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
Half Recipe:

- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup walnut halves (or chocolate chips)

This is a very easy recipe to play around with. Add in marshmellows or peanut butter chips if you like. It’s pretty forgiving.
